的确，因为几大菜系大多集中在南方，可能是气候的原因。但应该与历史相关，比如很多古代宫廷所在地的饮食发展的蛮不错的。

其实繁体简体都可以。为什么认为西安饮食文化匮乏呢，是因为饮食种类单一还是说没有什么创新之类的？我倒认为小吃可以代表一个城市的饮食，而且在历史发展了这么多年积淀下来的饮食文化也是比较深厚的了？
