The first day of summer is supposed to be June 21, so please explain to me why it is only June 10 and in California it was as high as 94 degrees F. Unless I was near a pool or near a beach, summer is my least favorite season. Your thoughts?

Moving into the field of human resources and dealing with employees everyday as they work directly with children with needs. The job can be both rewarding and exhausting. Sometimes I wish to have more time in the day to catch up and sometimes I stare at the clock wondering when I can go home. So now I am checking in to see what is out there.
