why did you study graphic design if you want to be a teacher

I'm trying to improve my English skill. So I watch American drama and study expressions. But I don't have tutor who teach me. Do you think tutor is necessary for student who study English?? I think it is stupid question. It would be better than nothing. So in your opinion, can I speak as native speaker without tutor??
