Yes, the UK is definitely the big boss and has the most events of any nation, I think. Most other European nations have plenty of events as well, though, so you should definitely try playing a Western European country the first time! If you end up playing VII, check out the POP Demand Mod; it's usually pretty great. I thiiiiink they've updated it for the third expansion (I'm still playing on the second, A House Divided), hopefully.
Once I get a better computer later this month, I'll definitely play it. The Pagan DLC looks awesome!

My uncle didn't have a choice as to where he was sent, he was just asked if he wanted to go there and fight for his country. For him he is just happy to experience this and help his country in some way, he loves the risks and the excitement.
He has experienced a few bombings but never got caught in it thankfully as of yet, I just hope for him and the men/women who are over there with him all come home safely when it is their time.

My uncle is actually a police sarjeant and not even in the army but he has always wanted to go abroad once to serve in the armed forces, it is a choice for police officers to go abroad and serve for their country it is any where from a couple months to a year. My uncle waited till his mother my grandmother had died because he didn't want to cause her worry and like most would say a parent should never have to bury their child no matter how old they are. So after she passed of old age he enlisted himself, he left last December and will not return till December. Now unlike the army he gets to come home for 2-3 weeks every 3-5 months to see family, so far he's been home I think twice now.
It is interesting even though he is not a believer in God he asked everyone to pray for him, I guess those who are none believers start believing in some greater power out there when they know they could very well die. Even though I come from a family background where on both my father's side and mother's side there are psychic mediums even we do not know whether he will return home in December alive or not. But we pray that he will come home alive in December.
He is my father's youngest brother, he is married with two songs I believe the oldest is 18-19? And the youngest 16-17? Pretty bad I do not know being their my cousins but we actually only see one another once a year or during hardships like funerals and that. Like the army the police serve their country to protect their people and I am sure someone with a deep caring heart would save another in another country if they went there to visit and someone was in need of help. Whoever you are and whatever job you do for your country where your life is on the line you are amazing people.

True enough what you say Canada doesn't get as much involved and although now and than we lower the flag due to hearing about deaths of our soldiers we don't have as many deaths as the US. It is Canada's way of protecting our country, as the US will deploy men who aren't even in the army if they need people at as young as 18 in my country they do not do this and I am truly thankful.
In my honest opinion whether you are serving your country and protecting your people you are protecting other countries as well, after all we are all fighting to help one another bring peace like in Afghanistan where my uncle is now and in Iraq. I am sure you have met others in the forces who are from other countries no doubt, we all come together to help in world disasters earth quakes, flooding and hurricanes. Right now in Alberta Canada they had a huge flood that wiped out many.
It seems like the training in your country is similar to ours and I guess it would be, not sure though if we learn self defense skills but I would think we would never looked that far into it.

Well I've never been to Boot Camp have thought of it many times in the past but 1 I really need to toughen up for it otherwise I know I'd never make it to the 5th week. And 2 right now there are only a few jobs available in the Canadian Armed Forces and most of those jobs require many years of schooling. Right now all across Canada hundreds of people who are in the Canadian Armed forces are out of work due to there not being enough work sadly enough.
I do know that Boot Camp in Canada isn't as difficult as it is in the US or other countries, but still it is challenging. I remember being told that back in I think it was the 80's they changed around the harsh training to make it more passable, now you only have to do 50 sit ups/push ups as of jogging distance I do not know. But I can tell you that right now I am not in the shape I'd need to be in to even give it a shot, perhaps in a year or 2 time.lol

That there is a video of Boot Camp in Canada, perhaps it'll give you some in sight into what is different compared to how your country does things.

Thanks. Well there is always the complaint on these types of sites of whether your profile is too long or too short and whether you say enough about yourself or you don't. I know my profile isn't as long as some I've seen on this site but I try to give future pals out there enough information about me to see whether we have enough in common or not, this way anyone whom I contact or who contacts me we know it is likely a lengthy friendship.
Thats a good thing that you like what you are doing, And I know it made you feel happy.
I am like you, I am very lazy so sometimes I dont bring my camera since its a bit heavy hehehe. How I wish I could manage to adjust everything in my camera like aperture, focus etc. I would like to learn alot and improve myself.

Yep, they do have America in it, and in the second part of the game it's a beast!
The war is alright, but it's only one of the focuses of the game. It's also very political and economic in nature.
That sounds like a pretty fun game you have there in CKII. I haven't played it in a while, but it makes me want to play again!

Wow!! That sounds cool, I know you are good just practice practice and practice and you will see good result out if it. It was really funny, but atleast you have talent in that field, unlike me I didnt see myself doing those stuff hahaha.
Yes I do like it, but those pictures I took I think is not good, I must really learn the right angle to choose in taking pictures and ofcourse editing also. But I have less patience do to those things. What I only did is just adjust the color hehe. But I am totally a newbie.
