Right! We celebrate some of them we and I don't really label them as holidays. We work on those days too, so it's like any other day.

Some of them are only celebrated by minority, and some of the people just follow through the motion for the sake of celebration. haha!

You should try phrasing it as “那么(so, does) 新加坡人(singaporean) 是否(or not) 过/庆祝(spend time/celebrate) 情人节(valentine's day)”

I have tried to separate the words and meaning for you. it is how you should phrase it to get the rough meaning or sentence structure right. hope it helps =)
