Hello. How are you? What you mean with " ingenii colombiano hecho para la maldad"?
Yeah that's scary I think I would have freaked out if I lost power. I'm not in medical classes anymore, but I am an hvac tech now, so unless I lost electrical I would hope I can keep birdie warm. I was talking to a customer and she told me about a karosene heater??? But like I said I'm originally from fl so all this heating stuff is all new to me. Animal wise at least. Last winter was bad but we never lost power so birdie was ok. And this winter hasn't been bad at all.
But I kept his cage covered with lots of blankets and would carry him in my clothes as often as possible so he could benefit from my body heat. Amazingly, he was fine.
I keep the room really warm, and sometimes take her and the conure in the bathroom when I shower to breathe in less dry air and enjoy the warmth. The conure also has a snuggle hut that he likes to sleep in to keep cozy.
Actually, a couple years ago after a huge ice storm we lost heat and power for a week, so I took the tiel to my father's, because he still had power, but the conure is too loud for Dad's apartment, so I was terrified he would freeze to death.

Aw, that's sweet. :)
Do you have any other birds or other pets?

Haha, she doesn't like other birds or my dog, either. She loves sitting on shoulders and just hanging with you. :) I've had her for about four or five years. Yours?
Muy bien gracias! Y tú? A que te dedicas?
