easy mistake ;)
thank you !!
Haha your the first person to guess it in one go. XD
Hi! I can help you learn Portuguese. You can ask questions that I will respond with pleasure.
Haha, no, I wouldn't write stuff like that right away.
It really does. Texas itself goes from a humid subtropical climate in the southeast to a desert in the far west. You can thank the Gulf of Mexico for that. I read an article recently about what if there was no gulf, and because of how the gulf supplies moisture, Texas would be a hot desert all over basically. If you look at a rainfall map of the US, you can see how it drops off in longitude when you go west from the western edge of the gulf. I could have deducted that myself since I study meteorology sometimes, but never really asked myself that question.
Yeah, if it's greater than a 1500-km radius, we would need to fly. Our rule (with my road trip buddies) is that if it takes more than a day and a half to get to our farthest destination, it's too far. And you'd be surprised! If people have time, they'll drive that.

Haha, it censored the word "p o o p" when I wrote that last comment to you...
But, we are all fortunate in different ways. :) I'm sure you are more fortunate than me in some ways. The US just has a lot of nature to see, so I don't need to go out of country for it. It is within driving distance (road-trip wise) as well, at least from where I'm at. Takes a whole day of long driving to get to some places, maybe even a day and a bit more, but we can make it. It's better to drive than fly.
